各报价人：
因原采购文件中的部分空调规格数量及天花机描述需要修正，现对本项目报价清单作如下调整：
HISENSE 36,000 BTU四面出风嵌入式天花机数量调整为2台；
HISENSE 18,000 BTU四面出风嵌入式天花机数量调整为14台；
36,000 BTU、24,000 BTU及18,000 BTU天花机的英文描述统一明确为“FOUR-WAY CASSETTE UNIT”，中文描述统一明确为“四面出风嵌入式天花机”；
本次采购空调总数量仍为57台，其他空调型号、数量及采购要求保持不变。
请各报价人以本次发布的修正后采购文件及报价清单为准，重新核对并提交线上报价及响应文件。已提交报价的供应商，应根据修正后的采购清单及时更新报价。
本补遗文件为原采购文件的组成部分，与原采购文件具有同等效力。如本补遗内容与原采购文件不一致，以本补遗及修正后的采购文件为准。
Dear Bidders,
Due to the revision of certain air conditioner quantities and cassette unit descriptions in the original procurement document, the quotation schedule is hereby amended as follows:
The quantity of HISENSE 36,000 BTU Four-Way Cassette Inverter Air Conditioners is revised to 2 sets;
The quantity of HISENSE 18,000 BTU Four-Way Cassette Inverter Air Conditioners is revised to 14 sets;
The English description of the 36,000 BTU, 24,000 BTU and 18,000 BTU cassette air conditioners is clarified as “FOUR-WAY CASSETTE UNIT”, and the corresponding Chinese description is clarified as “四面出风嵌入式天花机”;
The total procurement quantity remains unchanged at 57 sets. All other air conditioner models, quantities and procurement requirements remain unchanged.
All bidders shall review and submit their online quotations and response documents based on the revised procurement document and quotation schedule issued with this addendum. Bidders who have already submitted quotations shall update their quotations accordingly.
This addendum forms an integral part of the original procurement document and shall have the same effect. In the event of any inconsistency, this addendum and the revised procurement document shall prevail.
